Oxford is located in Marquette County in Central Wisconsin. The Oxford Fire Department serves a 72 square mile area that include the Village of Oxford, the Town of Oxford, and the Town of Jackson. We serve the residents of these communities out of one centrally located station with 32 professionally trained members, and 6 pieces of apparatus. The Oxford Fire Station also houses the Marquette County Hazmat Team Trailer and Marquette County Ambulance 81.


In 2007 492 calls were responded to out of the Oxford Fire Station, 416 EMS and 76 Fire Department. The Oxford Fire Department provides fire protection, motor vehicle accident rescue, water rescue, hazmat, emergency medical, and numerous other emergency situations. The Oxford Fire Department is proud to serve its community and ready to answer the call for help.
